Service Description

Come join me in a fun, sexy, and groovy cardio dance class that will get your heart pumping and thighs sweating! This class consist of simple, repetitious choreography that is done in 15 minute non-stop movement intervals, that will both challenge you and have you walking out feeling like Beyonce or Chris Brown! Be sure to bring a small towel & plenty of water because we will be MOVING! $8.00 online, $10.00 at the door! Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth check in process!

Cancellation Policy

For Scheduled Classes: No refunds will be issued if you can not attend class. Please plan your schedule accordingly! For Privates & Private Group Sessions: For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advanced to avoid no show charge. For cancellations made after 48 hours advanced notice, a $10.00 no show fee will be assessed and sessions will not be rescheduled until fee is paid. Deposit is non-refundable.
